Mixed chicken cut 8 pcs takes the work out of portioning a whole bird: one chicken, cut into 8 even pieces, sold raw, fresh and chilled — smaller, more manageable portions than Al Balad Fresh Mixed Chicken Cut – 6 pcs, ready straight from the pack.
The Al Balad standard applies in full: halal and slaughtered according to the Islamic shariah, with no hormones added, antibiotic free, and a 100% vegetable diet. Made in the UAE and packed in a modified atmosphere, with production and expiry dates printed on every pack.
Eight pieces suit bigger tables, grilling and traditional dishes where smaller cuts cook faster and serve more easily. Sold by approximate weight — the options available are shown on this page. Prefer the bird uncut? Browse Fresh Whole Chicken, or see the full range in Fresh Chicken Cuts.
Keep chilled at 0°c to +5°c.
